The laboratory of Japanese traditional food culture "Bento"

Under the theme "What is the Bento make people all over the world happy?", we conduct research and redifine Bento with using the advanced science and technogoly. Based on our research results, and by utilizing our resources in Singapore and New York, we support the global expansion of Japanese cuisine and food culture.

In Japan, Singapore and the USA, it developed 8 subsidiary companies such as "SAMURICE", which sells onigiri (riceball) and bento, and "Japan Point" which is a platform that connect Japanese makers and consumers abroad.

The Japan Food Journal is the leading trade paper in the Japanese food industry. Including the head office in Tokyo, it has 9 brunches and 10 offices across Japan and offer the contents rooted in the region. In addition to the newspaers and publishing, it also aprroaches "All-around Food Hybrid Media Service" which contains web services, business supports for both domestic and overseas markets.

SAMURICE SG

The first shop opened in 2014. There are 5 shops across Singapore as of July 2017. Not only selling on the stores, it also offers delivery services to companies and schools. Based on the diversified market in the center of Asia, it can conduct inclusive marketing research.

SAMURICE NY

It opened the first store in Canal St, Manhattan in May 2017. Samurice NY offers bento, curry rice, ochazuke, and miso soup. (Ochazuke is a Japanese home cuisine made by pouring tea, dashi, or hot water over rice.) Based on the diversified market in the center of the USA, it can conduct inclusive marketing research.
